Description: Appears to be complete, although several of the plates have come loose from the book as shown in the pictures. The only marking in the entire book appears to be the remnants of an erased price written in pencil inside the front cover. Rare and early. Shipped quickly and carefully packaged. Exterior of book is dusty and dirty. The title is on the binding, but I have not tried to clean it.
