Collection of papers on robust statistics edited by Rudolf Dutter, Peter Filzmoser, Ursula Gather, and Peter Rousseeuw, all well-known names in the field. These papers were presented at the International Conference on Robust Statistics 2001 (ICORS 2001) held from July 23-27, 2001 in Vorau, Austria. The binding is tight and the text is generally clean. However, it does appear that liquid was spilled on the book at least once. I see some faint stains on the edges of the book (see pictures) and I see depressions in some of the pages (see pictures). Does not smell moldy though. There are occasional smudges on some of the page edges, not sure what that's about. One barcode sticker on the cover and there appears to have been another at some point. The previous owner's name is stamped in the front, though it is faint and easy to miss. Overall a good reading copy if you are doing research in the area. Competitively priced. ISBN-10 3790815187
