Description: IMPORTANT: You must used the original size screws. Anything larger will split the anchor. Please follow pegs installation instructions diagram posted here on the offer. Forcing peg into the receptacle without following instruction will brake the peg. S anchors fell apart ones I installed side covers over the fuel tank and canisters. In reality, anything will do for substituting these plastic anchors, even a half-rusted bolts with washers. But I'm a perfectionist and was looking for the originals. All available originals are the second-hand used ones. Fitting all bunch of stuff including license-plate pegs, I've made the decision to improve these and use 3D printer to make each individual anchor the way they were intended. The material used is PETG, also known as Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, is a co-polyester known for its durability and ease of use. The anchor's sides feature two additional triangular protrusions at 45 degrees each. They are likely where added by DeTomaso for additional stability. I think the unusual design of these anchors, most likely attributed to their "hinge function" as well for the firewall-attached engine lid. Please note; don't use oversize screws to prevent plastic hold-downs from braking. OEM sizes screws only. See diagram above for a proper screw use.
