Description: Wonderful 1998 Department 56 Independence Hall from the Historical Landmark Series Heritage Village Collection. Complete with building, sign, flag, weathervane for top of spire, working light cord and bulb, styrofoam, cardboard sleeve and plastic bags for components. All pieces are in great condition with no chips or cracks. The clock on the front of the tower can be removed and the hands move but we were not able to test it to see if it keeps time correctly. There is some yellowed glue on the tower as seen in the photos, but no other issues were found. Building measures approximately 13 1/2 in Tall, 9 in Length, And 7 in Wide. Sign is 3 in Tall, 5 in.
