The brokerage house stands approx. 10 1/2 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord is included. The detail is great it would be a great addition to your village display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. It comes in it's original Styrofoam box the paper sleeve shows some wear from age and storage.
