Besides the main building, the set includes an electric light on cord. Building has both an impressed Department 56 hallmark and year of production (1999), as well as paper label impressed date series. Dimensions: Box is 11" Tall x 8.75” Wide x 7.25” Deep. Building is 9.5" x 5.5" x 7". Unpacked weight: 3 lbs. 7 oz. Condition: Excellent giftable condition. No mentionable issues except some rough edges to outer box sleeve. Porcelain pieces and other contents in mint condition. Does not includes any original literature (if it ever existed). Paint intact with good color and without scratches or erosion. No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. Don't feel anything amiss when I run finger around edges. No signs of previous repair or restoration.
