Description: We popped a disc in and it ran through the initial phases and get to the splash screen. When we hit play it does not play, it may be you need a remote to actually select to view the media before it plays and then the play / pause works while the movie is playing. The other buttons seem to work fine though, you can get to the operating system and the buttons seem to work fine there.
