Description: This was a 3/4 shaft. It was damaged so I turned it down to 1/2. The original 3/4 pulley is impossible to find.. however the 1/2 bore pulley can be found very easily. The shaft is very hard so the surface finish isn’t the best but I did use a 4 jaw chuck and dialed it in perfect before turning. The link below is the manual for the machine this came off. As far as I know delta made 3 different gearboxes and the parts are not interchangeable for all of them.
