Description: Dayton Vintage Blanket Throw Dayton's was founded in 1902 in Minneapolis MN. In 1962 they opened a discount store and named it Target. In 1969 it merged with Hudson becoming Dayton-Hudson. In 1990 they merged with Marshall Fields. As their Target surpassed all their other stores in sales, in 2004 they changed their name to Target Corp. Based on the label appearing to just have the Dayton name on it, it probably was made prior to 1969.
