Description: Outstanding, iconic wavy modern art glass vase made by David Levi of Ibex Glass Studio. Signed on the bottom "Ibex 1991." The color is a turquoise blue-green, and the form is tall at 11" and narrow at 2 1/4" across the square opening and base. The glass has a creamy opaque, wavy texture and the entire piece is in excellent condition with no issues at all. Has been well-cared for at a Long Island estate all these years. This exact piece in multiple colors is housed in the permanent collection of the Museum of Art and Design in NYC!
