Description: Vintage Cyrus Edward Dallin's ' APPEAL to the GREAT SPIRIT ' Indian on horseback looking up with outstretched arms cast metal bookend. Very good to excellent condition and clean. Measures 5 3/4 inches high by 3 5/9ths inches wide and 2 3/4 inches deep. Well worn felt protective cover on the bottom. Weighs just under 2 pounds. No cracks, dents, gouges or stains. I find some light surface scuffs commensurate with age and handling. This lovely and well-composed bookend is clean, bright and ready for service and display.
