Description: Greetings! Thank you for reviewing this listing. I'm an aging practitioner of Aikido. I'm also a college professor approaching retirement. For many years I was the faculty advisor and instructor for a student Aikido club at the institution where I teach. (Saint John's University in central Minnesota, if you would like to know.) In an effort to strengthen my understanding of the history and technical roots of Aikido, I purchased & studied these instructional VHS tapes. Alas, age, infirmity, and declining student interest caused the club to fold some years back. These tapes are part of the gear left from those years that I am offering for sale on eBay. If you know anything about the work of Aiki News, you know there is a wealth of technical information contained in them. The technology is old, but the technique is timeless.
