First class mail is usually fast but in rare occurrences I have seen the letter arrive after eBays prediction. Normally you will receive your order before the date eBay provided to you. Question: I did not receive my package?Answer: Your ordered shipped when I marked your item shipped on eBay, I do not mark items shipped unless they are physically in the hands of the shipping company. These stickers are made of mostly paper (with a thermal coating that give them some water resistance) so they are made for only applying indoor, out of the elements. When placed outside I cannot guarantee how long they'll last, so no returns if you expect to place these on your vehicle and expect them to last very long.
