These knives edge last, I edge quench to get a hard blade but softer of the spine. I like to reuse woods / steels I have. Rockwell 57-592 3/4" blade made from 1/8" 1095 steel (the best stuff)the handle is oak I cut down myself and stabilized it as well8" overall the sheath is buffalo 8-10oz I don't make crap the knives I sell will show some dings and scraps, but all will work perfectly.
