The guitar is on the lighter side weighing only 7.4 lbs. It's perfectly balanced.It has a satin finished maple neck and maple fretboard. It has a modern C shape with a 9.5" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. The frets are crowned, polished and smoothly rolled over at the ends. It's as very comfortable neck to play.The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan TB-4 Trembucker (17.2K). The TB-4 humbucker, if you listen to Seymour Duncan describe it, is the most popular pickup in the world. It's incredible midrange and articulation make it a perfect fit for this guitar regardless of what genre of music you're playing. The middle and neck pickups are both hand wound, alnico 5 single coils that were crafted specifically to produce a classic strat sound from the 1960's. (M 5.4K N 5.3K) The middle is RWRP which will elimiate hum while playing in the 2 or 4 position on the 5 way switch.The volume is a push-pull pot that activates the 7 way switch mod which turns the neck pickup on in any combination selected from the 5 way switch. It gives you the ability to play all 3 pickups at the same time or the combination of bridge and neck which is especially useful for those times you're looking for that classic telecaster tone.The 2 tone controls are each full sized 250K CTS pots and are wired to a large orange drop capacitor. Tone 1 controls the tone for the bridge and middle and tone 2 controls the neck.The guitar is equipped with a Wilkinson large block tremolo bridge with stamped saddles. It comes with a push in style tremolo arm. You can adjust the tension of the arm with the small hex wrench used to adjust the saddle hights to set the action.The neck is equipped with locking tuners with a 1:18 gear ratio. They turn with ease.It's equipped with a high quality Switchcraft audio jack.It comes strung with brand new Ernie Ball Super Slinky 9-42 guitar strings.It's also equipped with high quality Grover style strap locks.The guitar has only been lightly played.
