I plugged it in and then plugged a light in one of the outlets to test if it works, and the light did turn on during the testing. It’s quite clean, but does have a few knicks in the corners and edges, and what looks like some blue paint on the bottom. (See pictures). Measurements: 8 1/4” long by 6” wide by 3 1/8” tall
