Description: Up for sale is a 7th printing of H.A. Rey's Curious George Gets A Medal published by Houghton Mifflin. The book measures 10.25" X 8.5" and is 48 pages in length. The only date on the copyright page is 1957, but the book was presumably printed later since it's a 7th printing (though likely before 1970 since it lacks an ISBN number). The dust jacket is price-clipped and has some tears and edge chips along with some scattered holes to the edges of the rear panel (insect damage?). There is also some notable fading to the spine. The book itself is in cleaner shape overall with only minor edge and corner wear to the cloth. The hinges are tight and the binding is sturdy, though the spine has a bit of a slant to it. The interior pages are clean & unmarked with no gift inscription, bookplate, etc. Please be sure to fully enlarge the provided photos, and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
