This COMPLETE Installation Kit comes with all the hardware and brackets and the rubber seals to attach skirts and protect your paint just like the originals (rubber seals also sold separately -check my other auctions-) Includes the correct rear spare tire section “HAT” bracket to properly install the passenger side rear bracket under the spare tire section, specifically for 58 Chevys.
