The damage includes but is not limited to: scrapes and scratches in the paint and rubber, faded and worn paint, stained areas, paint speckled, torn and lose rubber, damaged or missing stickers. This drill has been tested and it does still appear to work and function as it should. Drill comes with one battery and charger.
