Matelasse Blanket - Year 3 Review Jane K. 7 months ago I have had the Topanga Organic Matelasse Striped Blanket - in pink - on my bed for three years now and it's still one of my favorite things I have purchased from Coyuchi. I have since bought the pink throw blanket (which is a dark rose pink - whereas the blanket is a softer pale pink), so no matter which room of the house I am in, I seem to always have one of these draped over my body. I have washed these multiple times and they've held up splendidly, the color and softness never change. The blanket is so light, it almost hoovers over your body, but it's also insulating and warm. I use it all year round. I like the color on both sides. In particular with the blanket which has a beautiful pale purple on one side. I'm tempted to buy one in each color, because I am paranoid the company will stop making them, but thankfully so far they appear to be a staple of Coyuchi and I hope they remain a part of the permanent collection forever. You will not regret this purchase. The blanket can be used as a coverlet in the summer and a layered blanket in colder months. The light neutrals are timeless and classy colors. I've never loved my bedding before I started buying from this company. What can I say? I'm a fan.
