This is a silver tone metal buckle with a gold tone roped edge, a classic floral scroll and darkened accents, made in honor of "Storming Silver", an Iconic "8 Second" Rodeo Bull. This is a Marlboro cigarette promotional buckle, from the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos, it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use.
