Description: Description In the late 80s, after achieving worldwide success with Whitesnake, David Coverdale disbanded the band in the early 90s. Meanwhile, Jimmy Page had not been active since his solo work in 1988. Amidst this, both of them, who were under Geffen Records at the time, were brought together by A&R John Kalodner, who had revitalized Aerosmith. Their collaboration had a great start, reaching No. 4 in the UK and No. 5 in the US, and generating significant buzz with over 150,000 sales in Japan alone and the only tour in the world. However, the partnership ended after just one year when Jimmy Page shifted his focus to a project with Robert Plant. At that time, vinyl records were produced in limited quantities overseas, and the approximately 61-minute album was compressed onto a single LP. However, this first Japanese vinyl release features a 2LP set for better sound quality, with transparent blue discs. David Coverdale Joined Deep Purple in the Mark III lineup and stayed through Mark IV. Later, he formed Whitesnake, which has undergone numerous member changes up to the present.
