The original patent was released to 7 potteries so the exteriors of the cups vary as do the covers of the instruction books, but the interior cup design and the fortune telling information is the same as Meakin intended. Just to be clear - the purchase of the instructions does not include an actual cup - you will receive an envelope in the mail with a scanned color copy of the original booklet 12 page booklet.
