Also on pg. 2: "The Latest Northern News--Movements & Spirit of the War" "Legislature of Virginia" with the war news carrying to page 3 with: "The War In the West--Capture of Fort Henry in Tennessee" "The Virginia Border" "Greediness of Extortioners" "Message of President Davis on The Railroads"which includes a letter signed by him in type: Jefferson Davis.
