Description: A fired Confederate .57 Enfield found on the Shiloh Battlefield in Tennessee. It has the original boxwood plug. This type was imported by the Confederacy from England through the Federal blockade during the Civil War. The box size is 2 1/4” x 3 1/4”. The relic comes in the white display box (with lid) with the description as shown. All of the artifacts are guaranteed to be original as stated. A hand signed and dated “Certificate of Authenticity” will be issued by Collectors Frame with a photograph and description of the items purchased.
