The cookbook itself is in good condition. The front cover shows some wear, including light scuffing along the bottom, top, and right side edge (this scuffing shows through to the inside of the front cover). There's a small crease in the upper and lower right hand corners (these show through to the inside of the front cover). There's a tiny tear in the upper left hand corner. The corners are lightly scuffed. There are a few small scuff and crease marks throughout. There's a light amount of creasing along the spine. There's also a heavy amount of scuffing along the spine which has resulted in a few small tears. The back cover shows light staining. There's a couple of small crease marks in the upper left hand corner and in the lower right hand corner. There are a couple of medium-sized crease marks in the lower left hand corner (these show through to the inside of the back cover). The corners are lightly scuffed. There's a light amount of scuffing along the bottom edge. There are a few small crease and scuff marks throughout. Most of the main pages are neat and clean. There are a few pages with small, light creases in a corner. There's one page with a medium-sized crease that's located near the bottom edge. There are two pages I saw with very small stains. I'm super picky when describing items, so most of this wear sounds worse than it really is. I just want you to know exactly what you will be receiving. This cookbook has a lot of great recipes and would be perfect for the person who wants to get everyday use out of it in the kitchen. SHIPPING INFORMATION As soon as I receive your payment, I will process the item for shipment. I will ship your item the same day I receive your payment and if I can’t do that, I guarantee I will ship it the next day. (Keep in mind I can’t ship on Sunday or Holidays that the post office recognizes.) Your shipping cost will include delivery confirmation / tracking number, so that you can keep track of the package throughout the shipping process. It also includes the cost of packaging materials that will keep your items safe during shipping. At times I use clean, recycled packaging supplies. I DO NOT make money off shipping.
