Description: Beautiful vintage Swarovski Alexandrite (color change) beaded necklace. 24.75 inch length. Beads range in coordinated size (and placement) from12mm to 4mm. These Swarovski beads change color between lavender and blue depending upon lighting conditions (incandescent / fluorescent). Rare, original c. 1950's-60s Swarovski beads were used to create this necklace along with (new)strong flexible wire cord and appropriate findings. Not fake. Genuine NOS (unused) Swarovski Alexandrite beads from the 1960s (not the later version). Unused beads were used. Screw-tite metal crimp lock at each end with exposed screw head to maintain tightness (if you wear frequently, occasionally check the screw tightness to avoid loss of beads! A small eyeglasses regular screwdriver should work fine. Easy to wear magnetic clasp! Expertly assembled with appropriate spacing for a relaxed fit with gold colored spacers between each bead.
