Collins KWM-2 WE Radio Transceiver + Waters Rejection (SN 13562, needs work)

Description: This KWM-2 (serial number 13562) is in very good cosmetic condition. This cabinet's paint looks to be original with just a few scuffs and scratches. The chassis is very clean. Peaking through the cabinet, I can see a handful of replaced capacitors, but I'm not sure who did the work or when it was done. Unfortunately, it appears to have some issues. There's a constant loud ton in RX, and constant TX power output of 120W with no modulation from the mic. With this in mind, it's being sold as-is. We're also including a note card from the previous owner which outlines what's been done to it (see pictures). To be clear, you're receiving only the transceiver shown in the pictures. A 516F-2 power supply and microphone are not included. Lastly, as with all vintage electronics, the controls would benefit from being sprayed with electrical contact cleaner to remove built-up dust and improve contact.
