While not "factory-mint" you can see from the many pictures, it IS in excellent condition. Comes with a NEW spare 40W clear genuine Lumiline lamp and another similar new Lumiline II lamp installed. Both of which will be removed and wrapped in bubble-wrap for shipping. The US post office specifies up to 10 days for US delivery of an item shipped via parcel post. International air mail can take considerably longer. So much so that a tracer cannot even be filed until at least a month after the ship date. I have found that recent international air mail shipments have been taking six weeks or more to arrive. Even priority mail times have extended to several weeks. I didn't earn over 6000 positive feedbacks by cheating people. Please keep this in mind if there is any concern about delivery times.
