This has 16 lined sheets for notes, phone numbers, addresses or tracking your adventures n the Enterprise. It was printed in 1991 by Antioch Publishing and measures 3.5" x 6.25". The cover shows some rubbing from years in storage but the insides are still in new condition. It has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment since we purchased this from Antioch over 30 years ago.
