The stork was actually used in several Looney Tunes cartoons, specifically A Feather In His Hare, released under the direction of Chuck Jones, Stork Naked, released under the direction of Friz Freleng in 1955, and Apes of Wrath, released under the direction of Friz Freleng in 1959. Of interest, in each of these three cartoons, the stork was a drunk (likely after eating pickles), possibly forming the concept for the stork seen in the now widely-recognized Vlasic Pickle commercials.
