Civic EG/EK and Integra DC2 LHD NON-AC 3D printed Cabin Air Filter Frame Kit

Description: For sale is a Civic 92-00 and Integra DC2 LHD NON-AC 3D printed Cabin Air Filter Frame Kit I created this frame kit for those who would like to install cabin air filters for their LHD NON-AC EG/EK/DC2. The stock non-AC blower duct doesnt support cabin air filters. This frame kit installs inside the stock duct and adds a slot for newer gen Honda pollen filters (both activated charcoal and basic filters). I have 3D scanned the OEM blower duct and used it in a design process to create a perfectly fitting parts. The whole frame has high expansion ratio foam seal that goes around the frame to seal it to the duct. The filter frame opening has fabric tape inside it to seal the filter to the frame and theres also foam seal inside the frame and lid to guarantee no air leaks around the filter. Guaranteed for not to leak around the filter! Parts are 3D-printed with Bambu Lab X1 Carbon AMS FDM-printer, using 280um layer height. The main body material is solid black dimension accurate high quality heat resistant ASA-plastic and red details are otherwise the same material, but color is red. You will receive: - One completely pre-assembled cabin air filter frame kit (filter not included). Frame kit includes drill and cut jigs and front beauty bezel that covers the filter frame housing cut. Because of the manufacturing process, part surface can have small imperfections. Part has heat pressed, highest quality dual counter tooth brass thread inserts for durability and ease off use. These inserts are installed with special tool head to the opposite side from the screws/bolts, which means you cannot lift them off from the plastic if you slightly overtighten the bolts. Installation: You need to make a cut to original blower duct to push the frame kit inside it. Kit includes combined cut jig and beaty bezel for easy cutting. Kit also includes drill jig for main screw locations. Once the frame kit is in, install the blower duct back to the car, push the filter in and bolt the filter cover on. You dont need to remove the dashboard to install this kit. READ CAREFULLY: The sale includes only one 3D-printed cabin air filter frame kit. Anything else visible in the pictures is just for reference use and are not included in the sale. Every unit thats for sale is already printed, assembled,tested and packed. I don´t "print on demand", because it causes delay to the customer. Shipping costs are expensive. I unfortunately cannot do anything for it. Consider buying 2 units in a same time if your friends need one, as I can fit two frame sets to the same package with same shipping costs!
