Description: Watch was dropped back in 2018/19 onto concrete and cracked the face of the watch. Subsequently, a piece of glass fell onto the hands of the watch, causing them to get stuck in position. The local watch repair shop was able to remove the loose glass from the inside; however, it does not work. I sent the watch with the original box with paperwork to Citizen for repair and I was quoted over $200 for the full restoration. I am selling this watch for parts or for repair.
