Description: For sale is a newly constructed CIRTECH SCSI Card for use in Apple II, II+, IIe or IIgs computers. This is a copy I made from an original card, but I did make a few changes. The IC's are socketed, the cable is longer (same length as the Apple SCSI Cards), and it is also detachable incase it needs to be replaced. The cards feature gold fingers for long durability and a beveled edge for easy insertion into the slot. This card supports the Dos 3.3, ProDos, Pascal and CP/M operating sytems. I also installed GSOS on the drive just to make sure it was possible, but that's not my primary use of the card. Included are the SCSI Card and internal cable, copies of the original floppy disks, and a USB drive which contains a scan of the users manual, images of both floppy disks and a copy of the ROM. I have been able to acquire a small number of 40-Pin DIP SCSI Controller IC's, so for now I'll be installing those in the cards rather than the 44-Pin PLCC version, therefore the adapter with the PLCC version won't be needed for now. Each of these cards was hand assembled by me, and tested to make sure they function properly. I don't know how many of these I will build, it depends on demand, my goal on this project is simply to break even on my costs. If you want to review the manual, a copy is available at this link (this is not the one I scanned, the one I scanned is included on the USB drive): http://ftp.apple.asimov.net/documentation/hardware/storage/disks/Cirtech_SCSI_Interface_Card-Manual.pdf ****UPDATE: I have modified this card to now include the ability to supply termination power so that it can be used to directly power devices such as the SCSI2SD, BlueSCSI or Zulu SCSI drives.
