Description: For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Circa 1998 Sheaffer Cobalt Glow Balance II Rollerball. This pen has a new ink refill cartridge, never been used, and in Mint Condition with the original Sheaffer box, plastic sleeve the pen came in, and Sheaffer literature. The barrel and cap are gorgeous with a vibrant Cobalt Blue color, polished with a high shine. There are absolutely no nicks, chips, cracks, or repairs to this rollerball pen. The cap of this fountain pen carries the "white dot", Sheaffer's lifetime guarantee symbol. The cap and barrel are excellent with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. This Sheaffer Balance measures 5 3/4" inches in length capped and 6 1/2" inches posted. This Sheaffer features a 23K Gold Electroplated clip and double ring cap banding all highly polished displaying no wear. This Sheaffer has a new black rollerball refill cartridge that works as designed to. This beautiful Sheaffer Balance II in Cobalt Blue Glow makes a statement with the gorgeous coloring.
