Description: Here is a circa 1900 bound set of 5 children's books covering a variety of theme including nursery rhymes, presidents, etc. published in Beaver Springs, PA. The first book is "Nursery Stories and Rhymes" by Isabel Allardyce. The second book in the set is a sketch of the history of the United States and presidents up to William Mckinely. (The title page is missing, but this book was written by Ella Hines Stratton. The third book is From Eden to Calvary by Grandpa Reuben Prescott. The 4th book is "New Poplar Speaker and Writer by Henry Davenport Winthrop. The last book is the "20th Century Cyclopedia Illustrated. The combined volume measures about 7.5 X 10 inches and is 2 inches deep. It shows some wear on the outside cover. Book two is missing the title page, and there is some other wear, including some tears, and areas of yellowing inside. Please see the pictures and ask any questions. Thank you for looking.
