These forks & knives are a little larger than the ones made in Holland. I have pieces from Holland in my other Bedford flatware listings. Please ignore any lighting challenges in the photos. A Salad or Dessert Fork measures about 6-5/8" long A Dinner Fork measures about 7-5/16" long A Dinner or Place Knife measures about 8-1/4" long A Soup or Dinner Spoon measures about 7-1/4" long A Tea Spoon measures about 6-1/8" long This classic mid-century modern design was created by the famous designer Don Wallance in 1963. All pieces were made with high quality stainless steel. Most pieces are made of 18-8 stainless steel, which holds up very well with age. The knife blades were made with a slightly different composition of stainless steel, therefore, it is common for knives from this era to have some tiny black spots. The markings on the knives are so light that they are almost invisible in some cases. Each piece is hand-finished and shows very minor variations. There is also some variation in the manufacturer markings on some pieces. If you are trying to match a specific marking, I will do my best to accommodate.
