One side of the tape is covered with a peel-off backing and the other side has a foil finish. It is very sticky and very stretchy. In fact, you can stretch it almost twice it's length and it will rebound. It's also self-healing. It can be used for to make amazingly realistic Gummy Minnows, but the uses are limitless.
