Of all the fancy face woods that were produced, the Chieftain woods reign supreme. The MacGregor sold Chieftain woods were made from 1927-1929, and they were the most expensive golf clubs that could be purchased at that time. These are PRE-MACGREGOR, Circa 1922-23! These gorgeous clubs have oval ivory back weights. The clubs are in high grade condition and over 100 years old! These have steel dark color shafts, beautiful patina!
