Description: "Chester's Triumph in Honor of Her Prince, As It Was Performed Upon St. George's Day, 1610, in the Foresaid Citie" is a 64 page (or so), 7"x9" hardcover published in 1844 in England by The Chetham Society as Vol. III of the Remains Historical and Literary Connected with the Palatine Counties of Lancaster and Chester series. Following a seventeen page introduction to set the historical context, the original drama published in 1610 is reprinted, followed by six pages of notes. The book is in good condition, with no dust jacket. The blind-stamped brown cloth boards are bumped at the bottom corners, have rubbing and edge wear. The cloth is torn for an inch along the top back edge of the spine. The ffep has a small nick along the side, an old price in pencil at the top corner. The binding is sound.
