Working/ good condition but you can tell they are used. could use a little touching up, but honesty, I had them set up and on and never really noticed until I looked closely. some scratches and smudges, most can be touched out. I will include the bulbs I used to test with each one. but no guaranties on the bulbs. Has a switch on the cable, but works best on a timer, and with that keep in mind they are beautiful and delicate Japanese lamps. Had I had one in my room as a ham handed boy they would not have lasted the first night. I have two left in stock Comes fully assembled. Kept in smoke free home.
