Description: Item: Dinner Plate Make: Charles Meigh & Son (Hanley, England) Age: 1850-1861 Construction: Flow Blue Glazed Stoneware Dimensions: 1 1/4" Deep x 10 1/2" Diameter Condition: Very good pre-owned antique condition. Some discoloration of white background on center front and back. One fault in the glaze on edge and a handful of imperfections at the rims edge. Faint crazing throughout. No chips or cracks. Please see photos. Details: Dinner size plate with 1" blue scrolled border, comb-tooth edge extending toward the center, and single large floral spray in the center. Stamped on back with octagonal lozenge with "Improved Stone China" inside, stamped numeral 2 below as well as blue "674". Three equidistant kiln scars on back near lip.
