Description: This is a nice 1990's era Charles Mason Quarry Collection slate stone vase from Boulder, CO. Each vase is handmade. This one has a Buffalo on the front. The front and back are slate stone. The sides and bottom are one-piece heavy gauge steel that has oxidized over time to give it a reddish-brown copper color (aka rust). This vase is not meant to hold water. This would be better suited for dry flowers, long matches by the fireplace, or other decorative items. Measures 11.6 inches tall x 6 inches wide (at the top) x 3.9 inches wide (at the bottom) x 2.75 inches thick. Weight is 3.3 lbs.
