The advertisement with Donald Trump on a crumpled up, torn out page from a booklet is from The Learning Annex in Manhattan, New York City April 2008 (they gave courses on...well, almostany thing...) which was protecting one of my many "precious" goods to sell on Ebay... (I remember when I tore up the actual booklet, to use for packing material,it was from April YEAR 2008 it has/had model Paulina Porizkova on the cover...which was what I was actually saving them for...) The torn out of the booklet crumpled up page has the advertisement for the book(which was a New York Times bestseller which Bill Zanker (President/Founder of The Learning Annex) co-authored with Donald Trump.Neither of them gave a course (in reference to the advertisement on the torn out, crumpled page above for sale here)but when I "googled" (...O.k. and used Wikipedia!!!) some info for this listing, andit seems it was just an advertisement for the book and nothing more.
