Description: Up for sale a small CHANDELIER from Kosta Boda. Designed by ERIK HOGLUND in the 1950s. Erik Hoglund started his career on KOSTA BODA 1953. He was just 21 years old and he was a rebel. He transformed Swedish art glass and nowadays he is called "The Father of Swedish art glass". He designed a lot of items in different materiel and he cooperated with many other designers and factories. Together with the skillful smith Axel Stromberg he designed and manufactured many chandeliers, candelabras and candle holders on BODA SMITHY. The chandelier is in very good condition. Has been picked apart and cleaned. All glass parts are perfect. No damages or flaws. The chandelier measures 17½"(45 cm) tall and has a diameter of 14"(35 cm). The distance to the roof depends on how many of the three bars you use. Each bar is 7½"(19 cm). Weight 1350 grams. I will pack very carefully so the "CHANDELIER" will reach You undamaged.
