This Pacific Eagle UTV Cab Enclosure is fully modular which means each panel connects to the next panel and is not sewn or fixed together. The Lexan windshield is 1/4" Lexan which is much stronger than the 3/16" versions that will bow at high speeds with fast sports UTVs. We use Quick Install Straps with our Premium Lexan Windshields. These make installation a breeze. To remove your Windshield, just undo the Straps. Easy on.....solid fit.....then easy off. This Windshield includes our new Dual Vent design. The Dual Vent is a run of vents cut along the bottom of the lower Windshield which can be opened or closed by sliding the blocker panel. One panel for the driver and one for the passenger. We add Hood line trim on the bottom which includes a flexible bubble to better seal any gaps between the windshield and hood. This is also added to the sides.Pacific Eagle Powersports uses the finest professional grade marine fabric made of 100% polyester with stay-true long lasting colors with stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. Our marine fabric is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, mildew and UV resistant. The rear window is made of durable Aqua-View Smoked vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity. Pacific Eagle UTV uses marine sewing thread made from selected high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns. Along with the highest quality materials, all Pacific Eagle UTV Enclosures are hand measured and handcrafted to ensure a precise fit. Cab Material Onyx Black: Our Doors, Top & Back is anything but soft. These are made of heavy-duty 100% woven polyester fabric 1000 denier thickness with acrylic coating on both sides. Our fabrics are characterized by excellent strength, durability, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and UV and mildew resistance. Providing protection from sun, rain, wind, and snow, our doors offer economical side protection in all seasons. The Cab is part of our modular all-season enclosure for your side-by-side. This combines the doors, back panel & top, with our windshield for total protection! 1000 denier refers to the relative weight of the fabric for the specific length. It does not get better than 1000 denier.Woven polyester marine fabric is woven into a tight weave of fibers the given denier (1000)The acrylic coating is waterproofing the material. The coating on the outside is good, but on both sides, you get maximum protection. Mossy Oak New Break-Up: As above but with 100% woven polyester fabric 600 denier thickness with acrylic coating on one side.
