Description: Century Wings F-14A Tomcat VF-111 Sundowners NL200 1988 587915 Purchased new when first released and briefly displayed behind a glass cabinet in a smoke free environment. Model is complete with all parts present consisting of clear stand, full missile complement (and TARPS pod), undercarriage components (retracted and gear down) along with tool/hook for removing accessory parts. TWO ISSUES PLEASE NOTE: Two problems- repaired port (left) outer wing glove missile pylon which had snapped off when being repackaged (my fault) for storage several years ago. The pylon has been pinned using steel rod and super glued into place. Repair done to a high standard. It's strong but care must be taken when attaching/detaching missiles. Second issue is the port rear Phoenix missile pallet support which was too loose to begin and has been lightly glued to underside of the airframe- this can be removed but has to be done with care and I have left it in place to prevent damage. Both issues circled in red in second picture. Other than highlighted issues model is in mint condition. Pilots were never inserted into the cockpit. Box in average condition with edges showing considerable wear. Will be sent through Royal Mail tracked service to your door.
