Description: This listing is for a Cementex 1000V rated, double insulated single end ratcheting 7/16 box wrench. This wrench appears to be brand new and came out of an incomplete Cementex specialty tool kit. It does have a few rub marks on the high points of the insulation but there are now cuts or tears in the insulation. This tool is rated for 1000V and conforms with IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505. I am currently liquidating the leftover tools from my brothers warehouse as he is finally retiring after almost 50 years in the telecom industry so please check out my store as I will be listing many more telecom related tools and supplies in the future.
