It only comes with a packaging paper with their printing. This has been the packaging for decades. ****There is food safe coating on the surface of CCK carbon steel knives, wash it off with hot water or just let it wear off overtime. The coating maybe applied slightly unevenly. It is not a defect. *CCK cleavers are made as great performer only. Sometimes there might be slight colour variation and slightly rougher finishing on the handle and the blade, maybe a bit of scratches too. They are not considered defect.
