This piece can be used as a serving bowl or, as intended, a pot or dutch oven with the addition of a lid and removable handle (not included). Condition:You will see a total of 5 small chips to the enamel, below the outside rim. (see photographs of all five chips.) The chips are associated with the rubbing of the handle that holds the pot just under the rim. Otherwise, this piece is in very good shape. The inside is beautiful - no stains, scratches, or wear.The outside bottom has some wear, but mostly discoloration from heat.
